• The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from London Toys and does not cover items that have been mishandled or misused.

2. Covered Defects

• Structural or mechanical defects, determined by our team to be due to manufacturer error or defective materials.
• Replacement or repair is available at no cost to you within the warranty period if the product no longer functions as intended due to covered defects.

3. Excluded Conditions

• Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or neglect of the product.
• Damage caused by natural events, such as exposure to extreme heat, storms, floods, lightning, or earthquakes.
• Wear and tear through normal use or aging of the product is not covered.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

• Provide the order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. If possible, please include photos of the defect to assist in processing the claim.

5. Warranty Resolution
