Damages & Warranty Policy
London Toys is committed to providing high-quality, durable, and safe products that meet or exceed all required safety standards for the GCC, US, and international standards such as EN71. We stand by the integrity and safety of our products and offer a warranty covering structural or mechanical defects within 7 days of purchase for your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Warranty
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from performing its intended function under normal use.
- The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from London Toys and does not cover items that have been mishandled or misused.
2. Covered Defects
- Structural or mechanical defects, determined by our team to be due to manufacturer error or defective materials.
- Replacement or repair is available at no cost to you within the warranty period if the product no longer functions as intended due to covered defects.
3. Excluded Conditions
- Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or neglect of the product.
- Damage caused by natural events, such as exposure to extreme heat, storms, floods, lightning, or earthquakes.
- Wear and tear through normal use or aging of the product is not covered.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
- To file a claim, please contact our customer service team at admingm@londontoysuk.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide the order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. If possible, please include photos of the defect to assist in processing the claim.
5. Warranty Resolution
- If a defect covered by warranty is found, we will either repair or replace the product as appropriate.
- If repair or replacement is not practical, a refund may be provided.
